My door has been broken since saturday 1/21/09 and no one has come to fix it . They put a dead bolt on the door so it only locks from inside. I cannot leave the apartment to go to work or take my children to school. I am in here like a caged animal. I have made complaints and they refuse to fix my problem. Please help me!!
