I purchased a 2005 Nissan Maxima appx. 2 months ago. While in the office doing the paperwork I called; who I thought was the gentleman who owned the car previouly and asked him a couple questions...how the car ran, why is he selling, etc. I traded in my Blazer and purchased the Maxima.
For the last 3 weeks Ford Town of Albany has had my vehicle. First, the problem was a valve/leakage. It was highly suggested that my car be worked on by a mechanic in Moultrie, GA. So, my car is taken to Moultrie. The adjuster from the warranty co. ok'ed the mechanic and the work was done (this took a week and half.)Keep in mind this is after two trips out to Albany Ford Town, and the run around on where my car is, the status of the work. No accountabiltiy at all on Ford Town of Albany. AFter a week and a half my car is supposedly coming back to Albany, but it over heats????? on the highway??? Now, they have to to do a "master rebuild" of my transmission....keep in mind this is an O5. There's another week.So this work is done. Now, it needs a new motor mount because it's cracked........and it need a valve???. Was there not an inspection done before I bought his car.
In the mean time, I see the gentleman who had the car before me (today, 9/19/08.) I pull him over. Come to find out per our conversation, I never talked to HIM!!!!I believe it was a salesperson at your dealership that feed me a bunch of bull. Not only did I find out it wasn't him I talked to, he told me about the problems that he had prior to trading in this vehicle!!!
