Order Magazines Never Received Them Posted by: MsJeNHodges on 05/11/2008 12:16 PM I ordered Magazines online in 12/07, they took $50.00 or so out of my account and I have never received the magazines.I have called numerous times and was only able to speak to someone once as there system only alows you to hold for about 2 mins and then you have to leave a message. It says they will contact you in 1 business day but I have never received a return call. The one time I got through I spoke with Brian who said that he was able to locate my info and would submit a ticket to see why I havent received my magazines. He told me I would have to call back in a week to see the status or I could e-mail them. I sent them a e-mail and I have been corresponding with a brian Gibbs who is rude and not helpful, he said he wasnt able to locate my information I continue to give him my information and he continues to send out the same e-mail. When I asked for a managers info that I could contact he gave me the same 800# that I have been calling and no name to ask for. I even asked for the corporate office or a complaint center and he wouldnt give me that either. This has made me so upset as they have my money but my boyfriend doesnt have his magazines which were a christmas present. I have saved all my e-mails. At this point I dont know what to do as I can never get anyone on the phone to speak with. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciate. Thank you |

Denying Clients Benefits Posted by: criddle24 on 05/14/2008 09:59 AM The "NEW and IMPROVED" Indiana FSSA is a huge joke. Unfortunately, I am having to try and receive benefits to help me and my two children make ends meat. In being the honest and upstanding citizen that I am, I have done everything that I can to comply with their requirement to receive benefits. In doing so, I have been cut off. I am not allowed to receive Food Stamps for 6 months and was denied Medicaid because of some apparent missing documents that they cannot tell me about. I can't even call and complain to anyone because I keep getting re-routed and getting answering machines. I worked within this office for awhile and know the day to day operations that go on. I know that they have no clue as to what they are doing. That is why I quite there. They are losing clients documents on a daily basis, are short staffed, and are entering the information incorrectly. And because of this, the clients are being cut off and made to feel worthless and belittled every time that you call in there. What do we do about this as consumers, tax payers and those that are on the bottom of "Their" totum pole? |

Misleading Information And Fraud Posted by: bebe3626 on 05/17/2008 02:07 AM Victoria Efird owner of Metro Steamway has misleading information on her website. First off she did not create or start Metro Steamway. She got Metro Steamway out of a divorce settlement. Also she still has some of her clients believing Mark is still cleaning the carpets. What people don't know if it weren't for Mark keeping her afloat this business would cease to exsist. She has bad credit so Mark had to sign for her to get a new van and machine. How does she repay him for his kindness? Without his knowledge or permission she has been using a credit card in Mark's name and maxed it out. Isn't that idenity theft and fraud. Who wants to do business with someone like that? Mark has his own company and is no way involved in Metro Steamway. Victoria subs out work to him when she is desparate. |

I have called them 6 times since our return, at both numbers listed in their ad, and so far they have refused to return a call. Can you give me the web site or email address for the City of Chicago, and any other agency that may help me get a response? Thank You Dennis Wind

BEWARE OF THEIR HIGH PRICES!!!! Posted by: gxxfisch on 08/22/2008 01:02 PM After listening/hearing their commercials "ad nauseum" for a long time, I finally called to get a quote. I spoke with an "insurance specialist" who asked some questions--Name, address, telephone #,DOB, SS #, make, model and year of car,how many people would be driving car,previous insurance,if I paid my insurance premeiums in full or in parts, claims, accidents. Nothing about milage,purpose of use of car, or possible deductions ie. security features, safe driving course, etc. He then quoted me a price almost TWICE of what I am paying.( I am insured with a Nationl, well respected company) When I politely declined, he made NO attempt to tell me about the "special" features that Progressive offered, and "touted" on the commercials--car rental,"special" auto-body repair, etc. Don't believe those commercials!!!! |
