When my last statement came, I see I have a $25.00 "maintance fee" charged from 07-27-08 to 08-26-08. I will CLOSE my account on Monday!!!! "To be fooled once.........." Beware of "nickle and dime" fees!! Don't use this bank!!!! |

A few years ago when I was about to cancel my service because I discovered #1: that they had upgraded my service and my daughters without my authorization, and #2 they had increased the monthly charge to twice as much as I was originally paying. They apologized and offered me to stay on unconditionally for $4.97 a month for my phone modem connection and a one time fee for my daughter's account (which was on the same phone line) for $9.95 a year. For the last four years this is how I have paid. Recently they sent my daughter a notice asking her to set up a profile. She accidently put the wrong date of birth and they notified her that her service would be terminated. She wrote them back attempting to explain and correct the mistake but they shut her account down. Because she is a student at a university and receives many of her syllabuses visavia email, this has caused her a great inconvienence. I called 4 times on Sept 4 (spent a total of 4 1/2 hours on the phone) and talked to 14 different people but NO ONE could or would fix the problem or reinstate her back on my account the way it was originally agreed. In fact I spoke to 6 supervisors that just kept transferring me to other dead-end representatives. Each exhausting call lead to a sales pitch whereby I would have to pay 12 - 20 times more than what I was paying. The irony is that I do not even use my phone modem - I get free internet because I live in the city surrounded by wireless users. I haven't used the phone modem for years, but I do check my email. As a 10+ year customer, I feel as though I am being treated wrongfully. If Netzero will not listen to me (or accomodate me) then they leave me no recourse but to let others know how they will be treated....vz |

I'm currently disable & seriously trying to prevent an accident .I would like to report a defective product that could of caused an accident on my way to my required Dr's. appt . I waited at a stop sign till road was clear & safe .I PULLED my car out & @ a safe distance of about 1/2 mile .My transmission began to lag & drag. I had no choice but to pull off the road because i would of been road kill !!!Please read my letter & remember I'm disable & w/ out resource ,resolve & an advocate(friend) & i deserve your help ,believe me. I took my car to Don's Performance corner on 6/26/07 to had a rebuilt transmission installed. On 03/08 my serv. engine soon light came on w/ fault code indicating internal transmission problems. I did exceed warranty by miles, not the 12 months. I went there in good faith thinking I was purchasing a quality product and in fact I didn’t, I bought junk. I went back repeatedly and w/ no satisfaction .On 06/02/08 was my last time i was there w/ my car and that visit cost me $459.00.The original transmission cost me $2005.00 Why isn’t this transmission working. I have all my receipt and a report done by millers garage @ 432-3064(robert)In the report it show there is several fault codes indicating transmission problems I have two receipts that reflect tork converter replacements, and that is what the problem is. If don's actually done the work they claim and replaced all those part that are on the receipts, Why are those fault codes displayed. Either the work done (or) the parts installed were of below standard .I feel as if this is a fraud because the evidence of the car not working is overwhelming .Don claims theres nothing else that he can do for me ,he never said he could'nt do the job. I learn that by the r! esults, and that makes me a victim .The proof he even done the job is'nt supported by the codes displayed or the performance of my car.PLEASE notify robert @ millers auto ph#432-3064 and he'll confirm the transmission is junk and needs replaced. I depend on my car for my Dr. appt's, an my wife has work .Please allow this forum to serve a purpose and permit me to prove my case before counting me out. They wanted to charge me a $75 fee to put this radio on my subscription and remove the dead one. this translates to a $150 fee plus the cost of a radio over five years - equivalent to a two year subscription of a second radio. Noise Posted by: ronnie on 08/27/2008 04:53 PM it is unreal how people have to have a noise turned up so loud that it is almost unhearable!!! to me it is idotic!!! when i was young i tried to do the same thing by turning it up - it did not work - i could not "enjoy" what i wanted to hear!!! the people at good at 533 e main st ventura are almost deaf - you may ask me how i know this - well i know because i went to the location and asked a person that was inside who the owners name is "in order to file civil suite" and the person had to keep asking me what i wanted and then started calling an asshole and to get out - if they cannot hear then i would suggest a hearing aid - that would be the decent thing to- instead of intruding on one's peace and quite |
